We got our first taste of bridal fair action today at the Belk Bridal Expo at Asheville Mall. Not a whole lot of traffic, but it was a good way to get our feet wet. We learned some things for the next time–little things we would do differently, other things we would bring, etc.–and got to meet some nice folks among the other vendors. The coordinator set us up with a prime location right at the exit of the escalator (thanks, Meredith), right across from Okie Smokies–nothing like the scent of barbecue all afternoon to help work up an appetite!
