I recently had a great afternoon shooting with model Jacqueline. She’s an automotive buff and wanted to use a car as a prop for the photo session, so she asked a friend to bring along his Camaro. Here are a few of the highlights–can’t wait for the opportunity to shoot with Jacqueline again.
Spent a couple of hours in and around downtown Weaverville with model René. Almost perfect morning for photos: cloudy but bright, with just a few sprinkles of rain. Thanks to Well-Bred Bakery and Rodney’s Auto Service for accommodating us for a few of the shots.
Here are a few from a recent shoot with Rachel, a model (and a photographer, herself). We had fun wandering around the Biltmore Park Town Square that morning. Even with all the construction going on as the place grows by leaps and bounds, there were some great spots to shoot there.

Here are a few from Saturday’s shoot with model Grace in downtown Asheville. It was my first time shooting with a “real live model” (with apologies to Real Live Preacher), and Grace was quite patient with my fumbling around and lack of clear direction.
